What I do

I specialize in Visual Aesthetics

Why is Visual Aesthetics important?

It’s the power that allows explaining to a customer exactly why he needs a product or a service in his life within a moment. Whether it be why he needs to experience the joy of a powerful car, or why a certain product stands head and shoulders above all possible rivals.

Because the elegant beauty that an object has in the real 3-Dimensional world we live in makes life worth while in small but significant ways.
Things could be gray, square and efficient, but that would not be inspiring.. and frankly I wouldn’t want to live in that kind of world.
So I dedicate a large portion of my life as an artist to just give beauty and a sense of belonging to all the things I can.

How do I do this?

Ranging from concept art, industrial design, photo-realistic mock-ups, illustrations and creating art for games; I specialize in creating exceptional and detailed visual aesthetics for my clients’ needs. My most popular skill among my clients is my quick and efficient use of CGI (3D) Renderings. I am well pleased to be a part what they envision to use it for, from spicing up their brochures to presenting investors and clients with photo-realistic previews of what their next big project will look like.

But a picture is worth a thousand words, so I’ve dedicated a whole section under the Work tab to show what I’ve done, and some things that I’m still working on. Once you’ve taken a stroll through my galleries, and came to the conclusion that “This is our guy!”, I’d be happy to hear about your vision and how we can reach it.

The tools that I use

Blender 3D | Brace yourself if you decide to start using Blender. The controls take a while to master, but it’s really worth it. Though, the truly unexpected gem in this tool is the heart-warming community. I am a better artist because of the amazing feedback and support I found in Blender users.

GIMP | I’ve always thought of it as a cheaper (free) Photoshop, but it’s only when I started using it more thoroughly when I saw it’s charms.

Inkscape | This little workhorse takes all the load of my abusive needs. I’m so proud of it.

Wacom Bamboo Tablet | Being the youngest addition to my arsenal, my only regret is that I didn’t get one sooner. The minute I figure out how to use it in Blender and in Ubuntu, it will have woven itself into all aspects of my art. Gone are the days of colourless pencil on paper.

Classic Pencil and Paper | It’s such a versatile tool, that I think it will never quite be replaced.

Where the name, FluffyBlueCow Studio, came from

It started many years back as a simple thing I’d say to a girl in my attempts to be sweet.. “Good night. Dream of fluffy blue cows.”, but since then it just stuck. So when I created the new Deviant Art Account and taking my art a lot more seriously, the username that I chose was FluffyBlueCow. Naturally as the upgrade from just an artist to being a Professional Freelancer with a dream of having a studio to create all the things I dream of and envision, the name just had to be FluffyBlueCow Studio. Something distinct, characterful and which I’d be proud to build from scratch.

What is pink and fluffy? Pink fluff. What is blue and fluffy? Pink fluff holding its breath.
